Required documents for EDS issuance:

For an individual:

Copy of passport;
Individual Identification Number (IIN);
Notarized power of attorney (if applicable);
Payment of the service fee;
Consent form (click).

For a legal entity:

Power of attorney according to the established form (if applicable);
Copy of passport;
Business identification number (BIN);
Payment of the service fee;
Consent form (click).
